Criteria to pay concession rates are as follows:
In receipt of benefits:
Universal Credit (with a household income of less than £23,000), JSA/ESA, Pensioners, Housing Benefit, Asylum Seeker (SS or NASS), DLA (either yourself or your child), or Working Tax Credit.
Current full-time student and/or an annual family income of £23,000 or less.
MTA will take into consideration student who would not qualify for a concessionary place using the above criteria. Please contact the office to discuss our charitable rates. No child should not have access to the arts due to social or financial hardship.
COVID-19 (limited time):
MTA understands this is a difficult time for everyone, and we believe strongly children’s access to the performing arts is now more important than ever. As a result of COVID-19, if your family have been negatively affected, have lost work, been furloughed or made redundant- please contact the office. We are offering as many concessionary rates and bursaries to this group as possible.
Proof of Concession: A photocopy of recent benefit receipt or student card must be given to the Youth Programme Manager upon attending your first class.
