Senior Marketing & Communications Executive

Eager to make an impact on the lives of young people living in SE London through your marketing and communication skills?
The performing arts offer benefits that reach far beyond the stage. Influencing academic performance, social skills, and overall well-being, Montage Theatre Arts is a Lewisham based charity that helps over 1,200 young people (aged 3 – 19) access performing arts opportunities to experience these benefits since 1998. Championing the transformative power of the performing arts while removing barriers to participation, 32% of our students attend with financial assistance, either receiving a free place or a subsidised reduced rate.

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Communications Executive to play a crucial role in supporting and promoting MTA’s brand. You will be responsible for our marketing and communications strategy, managing key channels including our website, newsletters, and social media. You will help engage our community, increase attendance at MTA activities and improve our charitable outreach.

This exciting role would suit someone looking to move from a corporate communications and marketing role into the charity sector or someone already working in the performing arts or wider charitable sector seeking a new challenge, helping to drive and shape the future of MTA.
