Montage Youth Theatre presents ‘buckets’ at the Jack Studio!

buckets

by Adam Bernard

Performed by the MTA Youth Theatre Company.
This is an amateur production by arrangement with Nick Hern Books

buckets is a poignant, wry, and darkly funny exploration of time—how we spend it, how we waste it, and how we never seem to have enough.

Sick buckets, bucket lists, bucket rattling, buckets of love.

Through a series of seemingly unconnected scenes—some fleeting, some self-contained mini-plays—buckets takes us on a kaleidoscopic journey through love and loss, laughter and heartbreak, youth and aging, kissing and crying, singing and dying.

With a fresh perspective on a universal question — how do we face the fact that time always runs out? — this play is a reminder to live every moment to the full.
