Charities supporting disadvantaged children in London have estimated that the children they support will receive Christmas presents valued at just £19.55 compared to the average value of £145 spent on children in the UK. Family pets have on average £22 spent on them at Christmas.

Laurence Guinness of The Childhood Trust says: “There are children in every neighbourhood of London who are facing a desperate situation this Christmas. The money raised through the Christmas Challenge will have an immediate impact this Christmas and beyond. From 12pm on 28th November donations will be doubled – so one donation will have double the impact.”

Our target is £2500 to help fund bursary places and give children who need it most access to the performing arts so they can have fun, build their confidence, make friends and learn lifelong skills with Montage. For one week only, your donations will be matched by The Childhood Trust – will you help us get the word out? Visit our facebook and twitter and encourage people to donate Here!
