MTA is proud of the performance opportunities we can offer our students and we consider them an important element for our student’s learning experiences, whatever they’re age with shows and events.

Local community events include: Lewisham People’s Day • Brockley Max Festival • Deptford X • Blackheath Halls – Lewisham Schools Music Showcase and many shows at the Albany & Brockley Jack theatres.
The ability to perform at a professional and prestigious environment like the Southbank Centre, the Mayor of London’s Venue – SCOOP and Blackheath Halls fits perfectly with this objective, providing our students with the experience to sing, dance and act in exclusive venues few have even visited, let alone performed in.
“I thought that the play went really well last night I am very surprised that everyone remembered all the scene changes it really made me realise how much all the work we had put in had paid off. I am really pleased with how the whole thing went.” Lily, 14 years, Teechers, Albany Theatre 2007
