Digital Arts Workshop! 8 – 13 years

With the huge success of our first new digital arts course for our younger friends, we are going to run another set of classes which continue the work up to the show and beyond with new themes.

Based on Montage’s forthcoming fundraising, Peter Pan, we will be creating scenes, filming and editing video and images which will be projected during and around the live performance. Interactive computer animation too. If you’re doing other classes with Montage, you can still perform in those numbers/scenes too!

No experience necessary – just lots of enthusiasm. You will be performing with projection, taking photos and video and writing text, singing, dancing and acting. It all depends on what you want to create! Fun with make-up and costume too. A unique course offered by MTA.

Sweeney Todd Half-term Digital Performance Workshop, October 2007

Where: Telegraph Hill Centre, Kitto Rd, New Cross, SE14

Using the opening scene of the famous bloody musical, we will make a video re-creating Victorian London around the streets of Telegraph Hill, complete with costume and make-up and stage another number from the show. 3-day workshop with a sharing to family and friends at the end of the final day, with live computer interaction, video projection and performance.
