How to Pay?

Guidelines for payments:

We are a charity and want as many people to be able to join in as many classes as they wish, so fees are kept as low as possible with sibling discounts, concessions and discounts available on all courses.

We accept the following methods of payment-Cash, Cheque or BACS.

Fees can be paid in the following ways:

  • In person: cash or cheque to the Course Manager or at the MTA office.
  • Cheques: cheque payment sent to the office.  Please make cheques payable to: ‘Montage Theatre Arts’.
  • BACS: directly to our bank:

Bank Co-operative Bank

Sort Code 08 92 99

PLEASE ENSURE YOU QUOTE YOUR NAME AS REFERENCE.

  • Important BACS information: If you make a payment directly to our bank account for the fees you must input your name as reference. Failure to do so will mean that we are unable to reconcile payments to your account and you will be asked to make the payment again.
  • Cheque payments can be left at the Albany reception clearly marked for Montage Theatre Arts. DO NOT LEAVE CASH AT RECEPTION – we cannot be responsible for any cash that goes missing.
  • Places are offered on a first-come, first served basis once payment has been received.
  • Proof of concession, if applicable, must be with payment.

Sibling Discounts: First child pays full fee, each sibling has a £5 reduction. Not applied to concessionary rates.

Concessionary Fees are offered to those families on low income and in receipt of benefits. We try to follow the regulations used for free school meals as far as possible so just being a student isn’t enough anymore – you have to show that you are in receipt of another benefit as well such as Income Support, JSA, pensioners, Housing Benefit, Asylum Seeker (SS or NASS), benefits as a disabled person, Council Tax Credit.

A photocopy of recent benefit receipt or student card as proof of concession must be given with the booking form.

Concession places for families on low income may be agreed where families are in receipt of Child Tax Credit or Working Tax Credit or a Full-time student with an annual family income of £16,000 or less.

If you are working but on a low income do contact the office for more information.  We have a limited number of scholarships, offered at the discretion of MTA’s Board of Directors and subject to availability, which allow families on low income to pay the concessionary price.
